
Jenna, who is based in Brisbane, is a warm and passionate Occupational Therapist and is the Director at Bright OT. Jenna has vast experience working within disability, hospital and rehabilitation, paediatric, and age care settings. Jenna now works with adolescents and adults with varying conditions to support meaningful occupational participation and goal attainment.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys tending to her new vegetable and herb garden (hello, homemade pesto!), adventures with her two dogs Lucy and Sibu, coffee and dinner dates, and going to the gym.

Teneile is an experienced community Occupational Therapist based on the Gold Coast, who is passionate about using a client and occupation centred lens. Teneile brings a fun, compassionate and energetic approach to her therapy working with adolescents and adults. Teneile is experienced in assistive technology, home modifications, specialist housing, mental health, and enjoys working with individuals to build their occupational performance and participation in activities that are meaningful.

Molly, who is based in Brisbane, recently returned from a full-time role in community aged care and brings a strong background in both hospital and NDIS settings. With four years’ experience in acute care and over a year working in the community under the NDIS, she’s well-equipped to support a broad range of client needs - from children through to older adults.
She has a warm, friendly approach and is passionate about building genuine connections with the people she supports. Molly’s focus is always on delivering care that’s collaborative and tailored to each individual.
Outside of work, she enjoys painting, gardening, and Pilates - and brings the same creativity and energy into her practice. I have included a photo of Molly below so that you can put a face to the name.

Caitlin is an experienced Occupational Therapist based on the Gold Coast, dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan to achieve meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives.
With a broad professional background, Caitlin has worked with both paediatric and adult clients presenting with a range of diagnoses, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, and neurodiverse conditions. Her experience includes both community-based settings as well as acute and rehabilitation hospital environments.
Caitlin currently works with Bright OT on Mondays and Tuesdays, and spends the remainder of her week in a hospital setting.
Outside of work Caitlin enjoys exercising (running and Pilates), meeting friends for coffee, and spending time with family.
